Grants 100 additional supplies per round but decreases the ATK of all units by 11% and HP by 11%

On Round 1, Cost Control Specialist benefits from starting packs that can play a 100-cost and 200-cost unit for early tempo, such as an extra Sledgehammer or buying a Badger + Crawler with a Sabertooth + Crawler pack. The bonus supplies can also be used to quickly get into giants or get an early tech advantage. Later on, Cost Control prefers to get value from battlefield abilities and technologies that ignore unit stats, like Hound’s incendiary bomb or Fortress’s barrier. The obvious strength of Cost Control is the huge amount of extra credits they accrue throughout the game. However, the proportional credit advantage peaks in the midgame while the multiplicative ATK and HP penalty never loses its relevance. If the Cost Control player lets the game drag on without finding good stat-agnostic ways to use their extra cash, they may find themselves at an increasing disadvantage.
